The week is open to all cross-country pilots.  A range of  tasks will be set to cover the  levels of experience and glider performance of all participants and will keep the risk of outlanding as low as possible. 

I intend to have briefings on Zoom which will include weather, Notams and tasks, we will have a post-flight discussion which could be in the evening or at the next morning's briefing.  I will try to come up with a way to compare pilot performances.   

Pilots will have to decide how to handle outlandings.  Everybody would be expected to help on a retrieve if required but there will be no compulsion to share a car if you are concerned with the risk.
