Some iconic Vintage gliders are kept at the club, lovingly preserved by a small band of dedicated club members.

On a sunny day, especially if the wind is blowing onto the hill, they come out to fly, producing a magnificent spectacle for the visitors on top of the ridge. Our vintage gliders provide hours of fun for pilots. We often take them for expeditions to Gliding Rally’s organised by the Vintage Glider Club.
